Moments - Positives
There were quite a few positives, the Hogan/Warrior match was very hyped up and there was something truly energetic about seeing both of these individuals finally go at it in the middle of the ring. The return of Jimmy Snuka was also a classic moment as was the quick destruction of the Colossal Connection (Andre and Haku) who were undefeated at the time. The Rockers also delivered a really solid match. I also enjoyed the mixed tag match and the feud between Rhodes/Savage delivered.
Moments - Negatives
A few poor matches which seemed to have been strung together at the last minute. The main event was overhyped and ultimately dissapointing as it was pretty slow and if it was not for the hype it certainly didnt deserve a Wrestlemania main event spot.
Overall Summary
When compared with all the other Wrestlemania's I have revidewed so far, this was pretty dissapointing. The main event which usually explodes at a Wrestlemania was pretty poor although it was very historic and well hyped up. The other matches were pretty forgettable and apart from Warrior winning the World Title, I cannot imagine many of the highlights used when showing the history of the Wrestlemania series.
SCORE = 7.0
