Moments - Positives
The main event is an absolute classic, even though not an amazing match up (perhaps one of the weaker Kane / Taker match up), the excellent feud between McMahon/Austin was in full throttle, Austin refused to count the fall for both men and counts a double pin for both to ensure the title remains vacant. As a result McMahon fires Austin with his famous "Screw you Austin, you're fired!" line! A must see. The Goldust/Venis feud is very entertaining and highly recommended and The Rock turns face temporarly against Henry! Christian winning a WWF title in his debut match was also a great little highlight.

Moments - Negatives
To some extent I dont understand why Mark Henry would defeat The Rock after The Rock won the no1 contendership at a previous PPV. This was a poor move by the WWF and I cannot see where it was going. LOD/DOA match was also poor, purely due to the fact it was probably their 8th PPV match this year.

Overall
The show tried to build on the Breakdown main event and from that perspective did a great job. The storyline was excellent and the main event ended in typically excellent fashion! However some of the card once again lets the overall event down and should have really been better! Clearly the WWF were fully reliant on the main event storyline to sell the event (and it worked!)

SCORE = 7.5
