Moments - Positives
Firstly this was the last event still under the In Your House banner and it was a great decision by WWF to add prestige and history to events by dropping the In Your House name and having annual PPVs. The event features a classic Hardcore title match (really makes you miss Hardcore title) and Snow/Holly were really dominating that area of the WWF in 1999. The boiler room brawl was very good, nowhere near on the level of the original but probably one of the most solid Big Show matches ever. The main event was a true classic and it beat the Wrestlemania 15 main event hands down. This was probably my favourite Rock/Austin match in their history hence the high rating. Also check out the end of this show as the Corporate Ministry vs Vince McMahon storyline really heats up!

Moments - Negatives
A couple of average bouts such as the IC title match and quite a dull and disappointing Shamrock/Undertaker match which really was built up and could have been something a lot better. It was a shame.

Overall
In a way this event was the end of an era as the WWF decided to drop the In Your House name after this event, a name which they were using since 1995. The PPV was very good coming off the high expectations from Wrestlemania and it truly showed the strength of the WWF brand during 1999. No wonder WCW struggled to make an impact during this time!

SCORE = 8.5
