Moments - Positives
The whole event was made by three terrific matches. First was the KOTR final in which Shamrock defeated The Rock. Obviously Rock should have won this but the match was very well built up and was very entertaining. Both wrestlers deserved main event in the WWF. Secondly, the infamous Hell In A Cell match were Mick Foley took way too many bumps. Although not the greatest match you will ever see the sheer place this match has in history of wrestling makes it a high score and a must see. Finally, Austin losing the WWF title in an upset to Kane in a very underrated and good main event match up! Just watch the last three matches and enjoy this classic.

Moments - Negatives
The first half of the show was very average with some boring matches. Kaientai and The Headbangers were pretty poor in my opinion and they probably shouldnt have even made a PPV card to be honest. Still, stranger things have happened!

Overall
Everyone sees clips of the Hell In A Cell match up and therefore this is a must see. Having said that, the classic nature of this match overshadows Shamrocks KOTR win over the Rock and it also overshadows an otherwise classic main event match up, one of Austin's best in my opinion!

SCORE = 9.0
